Lialis B.V. processes personal data for the following purposes:

For providing services to our customers. These services are predetermined and laid down in contracts between Lialis B.V. and the relevant customer.

How long we keep personal data

Lialis B.V. does not store personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following personal data mentioned above:

During the cooperation with the customer plus 6 months after the end of the cooperation.

 

Sharing personal data with third parties

We do not share personal data with third parties.

 

Cookies, or comparable techniques, that we use

Lialis B.V. does not use cookies or similar techniques on our websites.

 

View, adjust or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Lialis B.V. and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to marten@lialis.com. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Lialis B.V. would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. How we protect personal data

Lialis B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact marten@lialis.com.

 

Lialis B.V. has taken the following measures to protect your personal data

Personal data is only stored in highly encrypted IBM Domino Notes databases, personal data is not stored anywhere else
All Lialis B.V. laptop and desktop computers hard drives are encrypted with Bitlocker Drive Encryption
All IBM Notes database file replicas on server, laptop and desktop computers are encrypted with IBM Notes strong encryption
The central IBM Domino server is very well secured and the data on this server is not accessible to the cloud provider due to the applied IBM encryption

 

Archiving of data

Using the IONET archiving solution for IBM Notes, we ensure that all documents in the Notes databases are deleted 6 months after the end of the collaboration with the customer.
