End User License Agreement
Lialis grants to you a nonexclusive, limited, non-transferable, royalty free license to install and use the File Jockey Software.
You will not sub license, lease, rent, or lend your rights in the Software, Documentation, or license keys, as granted by this Agreement, to any party without prior written consent of Lialis.
You may not rent, lease, lend or provide commercial hosting services with the Software.
You may not reverse engineer, de compile, or disassemble the File Jockey Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
File Jockey Software is fully owned by Lialis, this license agreement doesn’t change the ownership.
Lialis expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software.
In no event shall Lialis be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of ‘Authorized Users’ use of or inability to use the File Jockey Software.
