Boum Repair Service Type of service:Repair of a control unit or other plants as neededWhile all regular damage to your Boum control unit and Boum pots is covered by the warranty, in rare cases the control unit can be damaged through user error, for example, if it has been exposed to sub zero temperatures. In such a case, or in the case of other user inflicted damage (e. g., improper handling), we will repair the control unit in our repair shop at cost. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to us; returns are free of charge
