It has an intense aroma of black fruits, underlined by a distinctive mineral and herbal character. On the palate it has ample tannins and flavours reminiscent of blackcurrants, blueberries and a hint of roasted pepper. Ideal with game, roasts, rich pasta dishes, spicy food and cheese.
