Michele all'Adige Italy Ready to drink from harvest 5 8 years Serving temperature 16 18C Alcohol content 14% grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon Teroldego The two grape varieties are vinified and matured differently. The slightly dried and cooled grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12C. After approximately 10 days, the cap is submerged and the skins are emptied.
