Made according to ancient and secret artisanal techniques, it is produced with fresh sheep's milk, then pasteurized. What makes this cheese special: it is refined with truffle, fig, and honey. Matured for 30 months. Please note that the weight of our products may vary by approximately 20 30g, as we do not mass produce.
