The annual grape harvest at the Nussbckgut estate on the sunny Gaumberg is a special event in itself, carried out with meticulous care by hand. Details After the grapes have been cooled and slowly fermented on the skins, our Velsecco Black matures in the bottle during the second fermentation Mthode Traditionnelle for 36 months on the fine lees
