CEST® Tourniquet Sand Die Schutzweste CEST® 13 kannThe tourniquet is a one hand ligation system for congestion or short term interruption of blood flow in emergency situations, especially in tactical casualty care. The tourniquet can be applied to all extremities using an individually adjustable strap. The winch system (band with metal toggle !!!) tensions a freely movable inner band to prevent the inflow of arterial blood into the extremity. All you need to do is fix the toggle under a clamping hook.
