When cooked, the perch has white, firm meat and is one of our most popular food fish. Like our wild caught zander, it can be prepared in a variety of ways. The perch is also rich in minerals, omega 3, B and D vitamins. Perch is delicious when fried in butter, with or without breading. Fry on medium heat until the meat has a solid white
