Schlielich fand Margaux Le Paih Guerin die Inspiration fr diese einzigartige Note. Danach wurde alles klar und erinnerte an die Tarte Tatin. Die Aromen von gebratenen pfeln und Zimtstangen verschmolzen mit dem Bltterteig, whrend Karamell, Mandeln und Vanille sich zu krftigen Geschmacksnoten vereinten, die bis in den Abend hinein anhielten.
