Its relief of diamond points and cut facets is reminiscent of Art Deco and French tableware culture of the interwar period. Perched on a dark patinated pewter base, the glass appears almost weightless yet precise. As a fruit bowl, centerpiece, or small salad bowl, it brings structure to the table. No maker's mark, but clearly in the style of the great French glass
