The vineyard covers 4. 85 hectares of hilly terrain with calcareous and rocky marl soil and a south southwest exposure. The vineyard is planted exclusively with Dolcetto grapes from Italian clones. The training system is Guyot, with 5,000 vines per hectare. The grapes undergo maceration for 9 days with several pump overs
