Vintage Freischwinger "S 43" nach Mart Stam erwin berghammer Dimensions: Table: Ø 110 ×Cantilever chair S 43, after Mart Stam, from Czech production of the 1950s or 1960s. The design exemplifies the objective clarity of Bauhaus: reduced tubular steel, clear proportions, restrained materiality. This piece shows an honest patina and is in need of restoration. The wooden parts were over varnished in the past and show damage, the chrome plating is dull in places, but overall well preserved. A chair with substance, clearly conveying the
