The taste is dry, smooth, with a piquant and complex aroma. It goes very well with soups, broths, white meat, tuna, mushrooms and semi hard cheeses. It goes just as well with vegetables. Also ideal as an aperitif and as a stimulating wine at any time of the day. Serve at 13 14C.
