DESCRIPTION Organic rice flakes are made from crushed rice grains. They're an excellent option for an easily digestible breakfast. We recommend adding them to muesli, yogurts, cereal drinks, and desserts. They're also perfect as a base for milk and cereal soups for toddlers. PREPARATION Cook the flakes in a ratio of 1: 2 (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk)
