A few years later, the name PRX was registered, with "PR" standing for "precise" and "robust" and "X" for 10 bar water pressure. In 2021, Tissot presented the modern PRX 40 205, a reinterpretation of the original with a 40 mm stainless steel case and SuperLumiNova coated hands.
