It was made in France of an unlined soft cotton with a pixelated horse print. It has a green cotton trim, pleating around the waistband and a pocket on each side. It fastens with a zipper on the left side and a button on the waistband. It's in very good condition, clean and ready to wear. Measurements: Waist 26. 5" Hips open Length 29" Label Size: 40
