60's Black Cotton Eyelet Fitted Skirt and Top by Kay Windsor vintage necklaces OPEN at waist/hipsThis is a really cute 1960s skirt and top made of cotton eyelet. It's fully lined with a sheer black cotton. The skirt is a slim style, with metal zipper on the size. The top is cropped, fitted, with princess seams and buttons up the back. There are two loops at the waist in front, above two small slits at the waist. I believe there were probably two satin bows that were threaded through them and could easily be replicated.
