70’s Black and Orange Paisley Empire Waist Dress dragon necklace Marked size 13/14This is a great vintage maxi dress from the 1970s. The dress's skirt is long flowy black polyester, and the top is a vibrantly printed floral paisley pattern polyester bodice in red, purple, and orange hues. Short sleeves with elastic ruffle detail for volume. Empire waist. Zips down center back. There is a tie in the back of the dress to adjust the waist for proper fit.
