This magical color shifting vinyl is layered over clear. Three decorative bondage o rings in front. Fit is adjustable with buckle in back. Silver toned nickel plated steel hardware. Collar is 1. 5" wide. Shown in Pure Iridescent and Green Holographic. Pink, Blue and Green all have a colorful backing to pump up the color, while pure iridescent is just dichroic
