40's Black Ruffled Cello Hat nubby jacket Perfect vintage condition red WranglerA woman's cap style hat from the 40's. The black cello hat slants to a brim in the front with a flatter back that is accented with cello swirls and netting frills. It measures 4 " high in the back and the inside band is 22" around. Very good condition (the lining is frayed on the inside and there is a small break in the fabric near the top seen in last two photos). Catalog # 6120
