Has original elastic to rear which is still flexible

Hand rolled hem

then self fabric half ties to rear to adjust to fit

although would assume it has been commercially or custom made due to the finish

Such a pretty example, and this one commercially made no less; a Floralfelt Original Design. It has miraculously retained the paper makers label. I cant find anything out about the company, so I assume long gone and possibly short lived. The bag is shaped akin to the gondola baskets, in a very dark blue
