70's Pewter Bicentennial Belt Buckle by Napoleon Emperor white accents Black crossbody bag by LizA 3" by 2 1 4" belt buckle commemorating the United States bicentennial. It has the eagle symbol and reads, "1776 Bicentennial 1976" and "Spirit of America". The metal appears to be pewter. The Napoleon Emperor logo is stamped on the back.
