This vintage 1970s dress is super flattering, thanks to the ruffle volume at the shoulders, the empire waist belt tie, and V neck. The belt ties into a bow (or can be knotted and left loose) in the back. The fabric is a silk synthetic. (While I don't believe this was intended to be a maternity dress, it works well as a transitional maternity dress that can also be worn when not pregnant, due
