The skirt wraps around and hooks together at the waist

The fabric contents aren't labeled but it feels like a mohair wool blend. It features a built in neck tie, rolled up cuffs with a black stripe, two front pockets and one chest pocket. It does up the front with four buttons. There are small belt loops on each side but no belt. It's otherwise in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
