I have not done any targeted stain removal or patching of the gown so all of these flaws could be greatly improved

1940s Rayon Dress with Trapunto Detail anklestrap There is a tiny stand1940s chocolate brown rayon crepe dress with salmon velvet details. Bodice has padded shoulders (pinned in, not sewn) and 3 4 sleeves. Covered buttons run down the back and there is a side metal zipper. Skirt is a line with slanted hip pockets and attached belt with rear slide buckle. There is velvet piping at neckline, sleeve hems and a large trapunto stitched flower over one shoulder.
