1940s Black and Gold Lace Platforms by Delmanette gown The skirt is A line40s peeptoe platforms in gold leather with black lace overlay. Ankle straps have an elasticized back and that's still stretchy and the straps are quite sturdy. The shoes are in excellent condition overall, the only flaw I found was a small break in the lace on one heel. It's not noticeable and doesn't require fixing. It's smooth and doesn't look ragged or stick out from the heel in any way. Shoes are marked a 5 1 2M measuring 9 3 16 along the insole,
