60's Black Silk Velvet Floppy Brim Hat 1990s party Exquisite block print depicting trunkBlack silk velvet wide brim hat with a bronzey gold colored semi swirl on the brim. This is a loose structured hat and is made of the softest velvet. Can be folded quite nicely for travel. The brim in front is larger than in the back. We think it's from the 1960s due to its construction and it's floppy nature but it may be older ( can look quite '40s ish or even '20s ish ). There's a small water mark on the brim ( please see last photo ) but does not
