It reminds me of an old Art Deco radio grill from the 20s 30s. Buckle hardware is screwed to the back. Bakelite tested positive with simichrome polish. Measurements: 3 8" thick 1 1 2" tall 3" long (when buckled) Very good condition some scratches; general soiling; old repair to one of the horizontal ribs; some oxidation to metal. There is a striation
