1930s Navy & White Polka Dot Bias Dress turquoise Bodice is fitted and hes

Bodice is fitted and hes covered buttons and hooks and eyes at the waist

but ideally should be replaced with actual grey elastic

Unfortunately the form didn't fill the bodice out very well and therefore the dress isn't shown to it's best advantage

These flaws didn't show up in photos

Skirt is very full and there is a matching scarf that I've sown tied in a variety of ways

1930s Navy & White Polka Dot Bias Dress turquoise Bodice is fitted and hes1930s navy white dot rayon dress. Bodice has a scooped back neckline and draped front neckline. There are not sleeves but bands around the armholes to create a flutter style shoulder. Bias cut so there is quite a bit of give to the measurements. I've provided measurements flat and then gently stretched. Obviously the more the dress is stretched widthwise, the short it will be lengthwise. Small snap closure placket at side. Very flattering and easy
