Skirt flares toward the hemline and is easy fitting over the hips

The buckle has some greenish tarnishing at the edges~you can see this if you zoom in

a blemish on the brim

1950s Red Elastic Cinch Belt shoes_purse Late teens or early 1920s50s elastic cinch belt in a tomato red with goldtone clasp. Clasp features a vertical row of "x"s. Very nice condition, some age related wear but elastic is still stretchy and I see no obvious issues. Will fit an xs through medium measuring 23 1 4" long unstretched and stretches easily to 29". Width is 2 3 8".
