Hook front closure, sleeves go to wrist, shoulder pads. Can fit a size small or petite medium. Good vintage condition, there are a few loose and missing sequins (barely noticeable). MEASUREMENTS: Bust: 34 closed, 36" open Length (center of back neckline to hem): 18 Sleeve length (center of back to sleeve hem): 28 Shoulder to shoulder: 15"
