1970s Floral White Cotton Voile Balloon Sleeve Dress pheasant giving it a straight cutThis 1970s Albert Nipon dress was made in the USA of sheer unlined white cotton voile with a vibrant floral print. It has a pintuck bodice, balloon sleeves with pink and blue satin cuffs, and a 140" x 7" sash belt. It fastens at the front with 5 shell buttons, along with two buttons at each cuff. There is a pinhole on the right shoulder and some discreet red color bleeding, but overall, it's in very good condition, professionally dry cleaned and ready
