Dress fits like an xs

actual shoulder measurement more like 15"

mostly to the leather near the soles at the toes

1950s Rose Print Dress 1940s_dress Rounded toes and pointed vamps1950s blue and pink rose print dress in what I believe is rayon acetate. Dress has a foldover collar, pin tucked bodice, 3 4 cuffed sleeves and zip front. Very full skirt (shown over a crinoline, not included) and dropped waist. Dress is in excellent condition aside from some mends at the underarm and wear on the collar, not noticeable, see last photo. Bust: 35" Waist: 27 Hip: Free Length 44" Waist length: 15. 5" to natural waist, 18. 5" to dropped
