Was not able to make out the size but they measure like a 6

The hard leather outsole extends past the upper and measures 3"

There is a seam behind the neck that can be taken out to increase the shoulder width a little if desired

1940s Velvet Cummerbund belt with Chainstitch Floral Embroidery cotton Waistband has three back holes1930s 40s black velvet belt with chainstitched flowers and leaves. Belt measures about 30" tip to tip not including ribbon. The ribbon I don't believe to be original but matches the belt. It simply slips through two bound holes on either end so you could replace it with a tie of your choice. The belt is lined and in excellent condition with only minor wear aging. The yarn stitching is still vibrant.
