80’s Red Wool Tartan Plaid Pleated Skirt by Pendleton polynesian islander A few faint spots onClassic tartan plaid pleated skirt by Pendleton of Portland, Oregon. Made of 100% pure virgin wool in bright vibrant colors of: red, navy blue, green and yellow. This tartan plaid is from the Mac Lennan clan. Skirt has a 1" waistband and buttons and zips at the side. Pleats are sewn down to about hip level and below that are free to open out. The waist is 25" (more measurements below) so I could not zip it all the way up on the dress form. A few tiny
