1930s Bias White Evening Gown tilt_hat Skirt is a-line and features
Description
Skirt is a-line and features an interesting draped peplum that twists over the sides of the hips and ends in a sort of ruffle at the back
There is a spot on the netting at front and a faint marking over one hip
I didn't see any other obvious issues
Label reads "Connie Low Heelers"
There is a small mend in the skirt front (not able to capture it on camera) and some slight wear to the bottom of the placket
1930s Bias White Evening Gown tilt_hat Skirt is a-line and features1930s bias cut evening gown in ivory rayon crepe. Bodice has a foldover collar and "wings" with concentric rows of sticking. There is a front folded pelplum with more of the same stitching. Dress pull over the head and fastens with a row of snaps below the open back. Dress is quite stretchy due to the bias cut but the waist area is not due to the seam. I was able to fasten it on the form at 24. 5" but I wouldn't go larger than that. Waist length: 15.
