There is vertical seaming at the waistline with a flaring skirt with an inverted pleat at back

It was slightly too small for the size 2 form but the fasteners could be moved to accommodate slightly larger

1930s NRA Label Lace Blouse with Jabot turquoise Light wear overall but aPale butter yellow cotton lace blouse with small pointed collar above a frilly jabot. Blouse pulls over the head and closes with a few snaps beneath the jabot. There is a self tie to cinch the waist. Overall excellent condition, some minor breaks under the arms, not visible when worn.
