As you can see the very ends of the fringed ‘skirt’ have faded

Fitted day dress, with typical period styling. Exaggerated pointed sleeve head detail, with wide upper sleeve leading down into narrow buttoned cuff. Pointed collar worn to back (according to darts!), back placket access with non working buttons which continue down to waist seam. Side opening with metal snaps to fasten. Belt loops missing belt I have very quickly knocked up a grosgrain
