This dress has original tags from Lord + Taylor, and has most likely been unworn. I adore the two tone black and white style of this stunning piece. The bodice is a short sleeve, sheer black nylon with beading sewn throughout. The sequin bodice top has open spaces between sequin and is sheer. The chelsea collar has a pretty flower center front
