40's Floral Velvet Open Crown Hat by Ethel Atkins chic blouse 1980’s Diane Freis AubergineOpen crown hat from the 1940's. Set on a band of black velvet the front and sides are embellished with black, navy blue and red ovals much like grapes. The open crown is covered in a double layer of black netting.
