namely to the backs of the heels but it's very minor
Some color cream would probably improve the discoloration
can easily be secured with a bobby pin or two
1950s Brown Feathered Beret Sweater Length: 39”Late 40s early 50s pleated beret style felt hat. There is a small pin and feathered ornament on one side and a grosgrain inner band. The inner band measures about 21" but will fit larger or smaller as it sits on the back of the head rather than securing over the forehead. Excellent condition.
