The sleeveless fitted top has a Basque waist. The pleated tulip skirt parts to reveal a ruffle underlay meant to resemble a petticoat. The dress zips up the back. It's in excellent condition, professionally dry cleaned and ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 32" Waist 27" Hips up to 42" Length 29" Label size: IT 42
