It has big black velvet buttons on the jacket and skirt functional on the jacket and decorative on the skirt. The jacket is fitted with 3 4 notched cuff batwing sleeves. It measures 36" around the bust, the waist is 24" and the length is 19". The skirt closes with a side zipper and button and has wide pleats at the sides and back.
