There are loops to either end to attach elastic or ribbon as desired. The paste stones are good quality and sparkle nicely, all are prong set. The band has been silk wrapped I imagine once ivory the remaining silk has darkened and is pretty much indistinguishable from the metal frame. Measures: Pretty much one size as designed to perch!
