There is no evidence that any more buttons were ever present and they are not necessary to keep the dress closed and in place

Colors are vibrant and blouse is in excellent vintage condition with minimal wear

Fabric and seams are strong and I didn't note any stains

3" across the ball and the heel is 4”

Skirt is full throughout

1940s Green Hat by New York Creation 30s_dress There is no evidence that1940s kelly green hat with small brim. Can be worn over the crown or at the back of the head. A cluster of pink flowers and a small piece of netting adorn the front. New York Creation label with a listed size of 22. Excellent condition with minor wear but no fading to note. A moth chew but not holes; flowers could be fluffed a little. Very vibrant colors.
