It is made from a dark grey twill fabric with a slight sheen, and a quite unusual, fluorescent orange check which is made from a raised, furry yarn (?) that seems either to be embroidered onto the surface of the fabric or might even be part of the weave (frankly I'm not sure, I'm really just speculating because when I look at it up close I just don't really know).
