I think perhaps the shoulder straps might have been shortened at some point

the ones framing the neckline alternate black and navy

There is mend in the skirt near the waist but it's not readily noticeable due to the fullness of the skirt

Bust: 30" flat but with room in the cups

Material has stretch but I recommend a smaller size due to the shoulder and bust measurements

Sleeveless blouse has a pintucked front, button down closure and peter pan collar. Full skirt has a size metal zip and single button closure at waistband. Both pieces are lined for opacity. Excellent condition, skirt has a very deep hem and could be let out quite a bit.
