80's Black with Gold Polka Dot Mermaid Formal Prom Dress m mexican dress 5" Sleeve: 23" Bust: 19"Gorgeous mermaid cut 1980's formal dress! No tag brand on garment. Featuring a high neckline and keyhole cutout, and fabulous mesh sleeves with gold polka dots that puff up at the shoulders and taper down at the bottom. The whole dress is ruched down the front and then flares out into a flirty mermaid hem that lands above the knee, also layered with the gold polka dot mesh! The dress is in excellent condition, the only flaw being a bit of the front
