Handmade. Metal Talon zipper. This was a really popular style for Christmas semi formal dances frequently using moir taffeta and paired with a cashmere twin set and pearls. The pictures don't do it justice. The wavy water appearance of the moire is absolutely gorgeous. Due to its extreme fullness and fabric richness, the skirt is quite heavy. Very good vintage
